Welcome to PR789. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PR789 ("PR789", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the PR789 online betting and gaming information platform available at pr789.cam and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

PR789 is operated as an English-language online betting and gaming information platform primarily targeting Pakistani users. All content — including sports betting markets, live casino information, promotional material and responsible gambling resources — is published in English. PKR (Pakistani Rupees) is used as the default display currency throughout the Platform.

PR789 does not hold or claim a Pakistani gambling licence issued by any Pakistani governmental, regulatory or financial authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• Are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licence jurisdiction applicable to your account;
• Are accessing the Platform voluntarily and have satisfied yourself as to the legality of online gambling in your own jurisdiction;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• Understand that gambling involves financial risk and is not a guaranteed or reliable source of income;
• Have reviewed and accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on PR789 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a national or resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where PR789 does not accept registrations. You are responsible for checking your local laws.
• Individual: You must register as a natural person. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other gambling platform where mutual recognition applies.
• Mental Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not register or place bets while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.
• Not a PR789 Employee: Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of PR789 or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a player account without prior written approval from management.

To access betting and gaming features on PR789, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number at registration;
• Ensure that all information provided is truthful — providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds;
• Keep your registration details updated at all times via account settings or by contacting support at [email protected];
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential — do not share your credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.

PR789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of service availability in your jurisdiction.

Users registering from Pakistan should be aware that identifying information may be requested during KYC, including a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport issued by the Government of Pakistan.

PR789 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry practice. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any stage during the account lifecycle at the operator's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include:

• Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back;
• Valid Pakistani passport (biographical data page);
• Pakistan driving licence (where accepted as supplementary proof of address).

Additional documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Source of funds documentation for accounts with cumulative deposits above PKR 100,000 within a rolling 30-day period;
• Payment method verification (screenshot or statement from Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account used for deposits — as familiar local payment references only).

PR789 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing or restrict account activity while KYC verification is pending. If a User fails to complete KYC within a reasonable period after a request is made, the account may be suspended and funds held pending further review.

All real-money transactions on PR789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) by default. The Platform displays amounts in PKR throughout the deposit, wagering and withdrawal flow.

Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change with reasonable notice;
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Payment methods displayed at the cashier may include familiar local references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to operator availability at the time of deposit. None of these institutions endorse, affiliate with or support gambling services on this Platform;
• PR789 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, including where fraud or money-laundering activity is suspected.

Withdrawals

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification — see Section 6;
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published at the cashier page and are subject to change;
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds — see Section 9;
• PR789 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

All bets placed on PR789 are subject to the specific market rules published alongside each event. The following general betting rules apply to all markets:

• Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once a bet reference number has been issued to the User's account. Bets that fail to receive a reference number have not been accepted.
• Odds at Time of Placement: The odds displayed at the moment you confirm a bet are the odds at which your wager is accepted. In-play odds update in real time; the odds displayed may change between the moment you initiate and the moment you confirm a bet — you will be shown the accepted odds before final confirmation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the bet slip. PR789 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions.
• Void Bets: PR789 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data-feed error or manifest pricing error has resulted in odds that do not reflect the true market probability. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to the User's wallet.
• Match Abandonment: Market-specific rules govern outcomes in the event of match abandonment, postponement or force majeure. For PSL and ICC T20 matches, DLS-method results are accepted where declared by the relevant governing body.
• In-Play: In-play (live) bets are subject to a short acceptance delay during which the bet may be rejected if odds have moved significantly. Rejected in-play bets are not binding and the stake is not deducted.
• Result Finality: Once a market is settled and the result confirmed, the settlement is final unless a manifest error is identified. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of settlement via [email protected].

PR789 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions — including promotions tied to Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup events and other major tournaments relevant to Pakistani users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Full bonus terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, qualifying markets, minimum odds, and expiry period, are published on the promotion detail page before the offer is accepted;
• Bonus funds are held in a separate ledger from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is satisfied are forfeited without compensation;
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) per User, household, IP address, device, email address and payment method unless stated otherwise;
• PR789 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold winnings and close an account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, multi-accounting or collusion — is detected;
• PR789 may withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

PR789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. The following tools are available to all registered Users free of charge via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period after which further bets cannot be placed until the period resets;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration with on-screen alerts when the limit is approaching;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your net session result at intervals you define;
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account;
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a defined period of 6 months or more, or permanently. During exclusion you will not receive any marketing communications and cannot log in or deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PR789 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information;
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own legal name;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity related to a sporting event offered on the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an undeserved financial benefit — any such gains will be reversed;
• Engaging in or facilitating bonus abuse, including matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PR789 support staff or other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code, proprietary algorithms or data feeds.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the PR789 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, user interface designs, software, databases, odds data, statistical data, editorial content and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of PR789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from PR789;
• Use the PR789 name, logo or branding in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without written approval;
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial use or redistribution;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on a third-party website without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of PR789 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PR789, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive financial losses arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other commercial or economic loss;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, data-feed failures, latency issues or any interruption to service beyond PR789's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where PR789 has not been negligent in its security obligations;
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of odds data, sports statistics or any third-party content displayed on the Platform;
• Any legal consequences arising from your decision to access or use the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of PR789 to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PR789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering or criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request;
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same User.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PR789 will endeavour to notify the User by email within 72 hours. During suspension, deposits and withdrawals are frozen and betting is disabled.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Real-money wallet balances at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to the absence of any active fraud or investigation holds.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed. Pakistani users acknowledge that this may not be Pakistani law and that the laws governing these Terms may differ from those applicable in Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute between you and PR789 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact [email protected] with full details of your complaint. PR789 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days;
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate your complaint via the formal complaints procedure published in your account help centre;
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: Where the operator holds a licence with an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider, unresolved disputes may be referred to that provider. Details are published in the operator's licence terms;
4. Jurisdiction: Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your local jurisdiction, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction.

PR789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered Users will be notified by email to the address on file or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon next login.

Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect User rights, and updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
