• Payment Processors: Financial technology companies and payment gateway operators that facilitate your deposits and withdrawals. Payment data shared with processors is limited to what is technically necessary to complete the transaction.
• Fraud & Compliance Partners: Anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering screening providers that help PR789 detect prohibited conduct. These partners operate under strict confidentiality obligations.

• Account Data & KYC Documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering retention obligations in most licensing jurisdictions.
• Transaction Records: Deposit, withdrawal and bet records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, and may be retained for longer where required by law or where there is an active legal dispute.
• Support Communications: Email and live-chat records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication in a support thread, or for the duration of any related active complaint.

If PR789 discovers or is notified that a minor has registered an account or provided personal data through the Platform, the following steps will be taken without undue delay:

• The account will be suspended immediately pending investigation;
• Any funds held in the account wallet will be frozen;
• All personal data relating to the minor will be securely deleted once the investigation is complete and the account is closed, except to the extent that retention is required by law;
• No marketing communications will be sent to the email address or mobile number associated with the account during or after the investigation.

PR789 is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or data security of any third-party organisation or website. If you visit a third-party website independently, you do so under that party's own terms and privacy policy.

Payment-provider names mentioned on the Platform are familiar local references only. None of these institutions — including Easypaisa, J azzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — endorse, affiliate with or support gambling services provided through the Platform.

PR789 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or the structure of the Platform. When material changes are made, we will notify you by one or more of the following methods:

• A prominent notice displayed on the Platform homepage and your account dashboard for a period of at least 14 days following the change;
• An email notification sent to the address registered to your account where the change materially affects your rights or the way your data is used;
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your account and stop using the Platform before the revised policy takes effect.
